Debbie Plog is a passionate, realistic person who has been in LTC for 44 years. She started out as a C.N.A. in 1980, then going to nursing school to obtain her A.D.N in 1996. Her experience consists of CNA, Floor nurse, MDS nurse, Supervisor. Infection Control/Quality Assurance, DON, regional clinical nurse and regional clinical reimbursement nurse. She oversees the nursing department and is committed to quality care. She is on call to the center 24 hours a day.
